3. I forgot my password, what should I do? 2. How soon will my order arrive? Your order will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after the confirmation . There may be delays in product deliveries during special days and weeks, public holidays and in extraordinary situations.

3. When will my cargo arrive? Due to the intensity of cargo, after your product is delivered to the cargo, the delivery time varies between 1 and 3 working days depending on the region you are in.

4. If the package arrived damaged, should I receive it? You should not take the damaged incoming packages and keep a report showing that the package is damaged. You can then contact our customer service regarding your order.

5. Can I pay at the door? Jade Master has the option to pay at the door. Payment at the door can be made by cash.


The Warranty Period of the Jade Master Massage Bed and all of other products is 2 (two) years


All our products are guaranteed free of charge and Unlimited Technical Service during the Warranty period. At the end of the Warranty Period, Technical Service support will continue for a small service fee.
